Hello Delores,
My name is Corey Lewis and I work for Pride. You can e-mail me your contact information and your chair's serial number and I can verify that it has been registered. I can be e-mailed at clewis@pridemobility.com. Or if you prefer, you can call our customer care center at 1-800-800-8586 and they will be able to help.

I received a Invacare power chair on 10/27/07. On the chair came a Pride Mobility Synergy Solutions gel cushion. The problem was started with with the provider out of Ankeny, Iowa. The delivery paper work simply stated " cushion 18 x 18 ". The provider has since closed the office in Ankeny, Ia but are still doing business in my hometown of Mason City, Ia. I have called your so called customer service on 2 occasions and have been working on this for approx. 3 months. They insist that I produce the original paperwork that states that the cushion was purchased from Pride. There is no way this can be obtained and simply looks to me as a way to get out of backing up the warranty. The cushion has a label on the back that clearly states Pride Mobility Products and it states on the side Synergy Solutions. Believe it or not the cushion came with the chair and was not purchased before or after the chair. They wanted the original purchase order. This was not issued by me but Mercy. I would think that in this modern computer age that they could have researched their sales records to see if this cushion was purchased by Invacare or Mercy Specialized Wheelchair Service out of Ankeny, Ia. but your csr was not the least bit interested. This is a very poor way to conduct bussiness in my opinion. IAt this point I could not give either Pride or Mercy a passing grade or recommendation.

Hello Marv,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble. Since we do not allow claims against specifc providers on Web Talk, I edit that along with your contact info out of your original post. I'll be happy to do what I can to help. Could you please give me a brief discription of the problem you are having with the cushion? This will help me out greatly to resolve your concerns.
